26 new homes are to be constructed by Clare County Council in Quilty and Ennis.
18 new homes, comprised of a mix of 2-bed, 3-bed, and 4-bed units are to be constructed in Quilty.

While in Ennis, another mixed development of 8 homes is to be constructed in Ennis.
Contracts have been signed for both contracts, with works to begin towards the end of April, and both projects are expected to be completed next year.
