MEP’s will vote in Strasbourg today as to whether to allocate millions of euro in funding to the redundant Dell workers.
The 21 million euro will be made available to the workers in order to re-train them, help them start up a business or to find alternative employment.
The Government is being advised to act quickly as there is an 18 month window during which the money must be spent or else returned.
