Clare developer Bernard McNamara has admitted to the Commercial Court that he’s unable to outline the current value of his assets.
The Lisdoonvarna natvie has said he will provide a sword statement to investors persuing him for sixty-two-point-five million euro, but won’t be able to give an estimated valuation of his assets and liabilities.
Last month Mr. McNamara said he would be unable to pay the money he owes to investors in the Irish Glass Bottle site as he is effectively broke
He will now supply the list ahead of his next appearance in the commercial court on March 8th.
