Ennis Town Council has heard calls for Health Minister Mary Harney to "get the boot" in the imminent cabinet reshuffle.
A number of Ennis councillors tabled criticism of the Health Minister over issues at Ennis General Hospital, ongoing delays in Breastcheck services in Clare and the delayed roll out of the cervical cancer vaccine, with one member renewing calls to have her scaked.
As speculation continues about the upcoming reshuffle of cabinet ministers Fine Gael’s Johnny Flynn is hoping the Taoiseach will show Minister Harney the door.
