A North Clare restaurant has made the shortlist for one of the industry’s most prestigious competitions
Gregan’s Castle in Ballvaughan has been nominated in four categories including Best Restaurant, Best Service, Style and Best Chef in the FOOD&WINE Magazine PENFOLDS Restaurant of the Year Awards 2010.
The Awards are recognised as on of the most authoritative culinary awards in the Irish calendar and take place on Sunday, 22 August.
