A Clare Teacher charged with 14 sexual offences against a teenage girl is set to go on trial at the next sitting of Ennis Circuit Court.
The 60 year old appeared before Shannon District Court yesterday which was informed that the Book of Evidence in the case has now been served.
The teacher who cant be named for legal reasons is facing 10 counts of sexual exploitation and four of defilement
The charges state that 13 of the alleged offences occurred at a Co Clare school over eight weeks between September and November of last year.
