EU leaders say they have come to a broad agreement on resolving the euro crisis – after a weekend of talks in Brussels.
They’ll meet again on Wednesday after agreeing to change the EU Treaty if necessary.
The French and German leaders – who have been embroiled in a dispute over the best way to deal with the crisis – say agreement has been reached on the expansion of the European Financial Stability Facility.
