85 years of Electricity will be celebrated in County Clare this week, as the Taoiseach Visits Ardnacrusha.
Enda Kenny and the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, Pat Rabbitte will join the former Taoiseach, Liam Cosgrave, at the Ardnacrusha Power Station on Thursday to mark 85 years of the ESB.
The Taoiseach will make a presentation to Mr Cosgrave, who was present at the official opening of The Shannon Scheme by his father W.T. Cosgrave in July 1929.
