Unemployment figures are slightly down.
On a seasonally adjusted basis the Live Register fell by 1-thousand in October – bringing that total to 434-thousand-200.
The number of people on the live register on a long-term basis was over 188-thousand.
In the MidWest, the numbers signing on fell by 845, and is down by over 1500 on the figure for the same time last year.
