Music mogul Louis Walsh has settled a 500-thousand euro defamation case against News Group Newspapers.
The X-Factor judge settled out-of-court, after suing The Sun, which falsely claimed he sexually assaulted a man in a Dublin nightclub in April 2011.
Unemployed dance teacher Leonard Watters was jailed for six months in July for wrongly accusing Mr Walsh.
