Two members of the same family have been treated for smoke inhalation following a fire at a home on the Clon road in Ennis on Friday evening.
It’s understood the blaze broke out in the house around 5pm and a family of four were rescued from the bungalow.
Two adults were brought to hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation and minor burns but were later released.
Gardai are currently investigating the circumstances around the fire.
