One Clare food premises was forced to close its doors during December by Environmental Health Officers on food safety grounds.
The closure order was issued on J & V Rahara Farm Meats LTD which is trading as May Kearneys, 10 Lifford Road Ennis on the 12th of December.
The order covered the ground floor kitchen, food preparation, storage, cooking service and ancillary areas but not the bar.
It was one of seven closure orders issued during December according to figures released by the Food Safety Authority today
