Flights disrupted at Shannon due to snow in UK

Air passengers are being warned to expect disruption to flights between Ireland and the UK today, as blankets of snow continue to fall across Britain.

Up to 100 flights including two from Heathrow airport in London to Shannon  – have so far been cancelled.

Aer Linguis  Flight EI 381which was to land at 11-30am  and Ei 385 due to land at 4-30 will not be arriving due to the inclement weather

Dublin and Cork airports are said to be fully operational, however, Aer Lingus and Ryanair are advising passengers to check with their airlines before heading to the airport.
