25 years of links between Ennis and Phoenix will be recognised at an event this afternoon.
Ennis Town Council is to host a civic reception for the Phoenix Delegation who have arrived in Clare for the St. Patrick’s Day festivities.
The county town has been twinned with the American City since 1988, a relationship which is set to be honoured this Sunday when the 40-strong St Mary’s Catholic School Marching Band take part in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
