Saint Patrick’s Day revellers who are facing a long journey following this weekend’s festivities are being warned not to over do it.
Clare gardai are out in force this weekend clamping down on dangerous driving, the non wearing of seatbelts and motorists who get behind the wheel after consuming alcohol.
Head of the Clare Garda Traffic Corp Inspector John Galvin says if its a late night of drinking then motorists need to be aware that they won’t be in a position to get drive anywhere early the following morning
