Lower paid civil servants will be the first public sector union to debate Croke Park II since it was rejected a week ago.
Its among the main issues up for the discussion at the Civic Public and Services Union annual conference which gets underway in Galway today.
The union, overwhelmingly voted against the proposed cuts in pay and conditions and this weekend members will hear calls for industrial action if the government presses ahead with the measures contained in Croke Park 2
