Clare residents are being reminded that supports are available, if they feel overwhelmed by bills in the aftermath of Christmas.
Clare Samaritans say money concerns are among the main reasons that people in need of help contact them, but they also wish to remind people that volunteers are available, even at this time of the year.
Samaritans are available 24 hours a day on their new Freephone number 116-123, as well as via email on [email protected].
Their Clare centre on the Kilrush Road in Ennis will also be open from 10-10 over the coming days.
