Clare’s property prices are showing a further fall.
The asking price for a typical 3-bedroom semi-detached property here is now €115,000, down 3.4% in the last three months of 2013.
It’s also a 57% fall since the height of the property boom, while asking prices for a four-bed home also fell to €130,000 on average.
The latest property report from myhome.ie also warns that property prices in Dublin will continue to rise this year – unless the Government takes immediate action to address the shortage of family homes in the capital.
