Clare's real estate agents are some of the most optimistic in the country, heading into the New Year.
A survey by the Real Estate Alliance, outlined in today's national media, finds that its members here expect property prices to grow by 15% in 2015.
This is only lower than Westmeath and higher than all of Ireland's cities, including all parts of Dublin.
