The Monday edition of Morning Focus got off to a lively start with a mix of hard-hitting news, views and a celebration of Clare FM’s achievement at the IMRO Awards in Kilkenny on Friday night.
The show opened with an update from Kate Duggan, Head of Primary Care with the HSE Midwest, on the situation where up to 43 children came into contact with drain cleaning fluid while being treated at a clinic in Ennis.
The show then heard about the troubling issue of sexual violence in intimate relationships. Gavin spoke with Johnny O’Rourke, the manager of Clare Haven.
