The talk then turned to an interesting event at Tesco in Ennis where Cornelia Wahli had organised a flash mob to dispose of their plastic packaging waste at the tills.

Then, Pat Nagle a farmer from North Clare, who is among those protesting at the Kepak factor at Tiermaclane, over the beef crisis, spoke to Clare FM’s James Mulhall.

After the News at 10am, Gavin was joined for Garda Focus by Gda Ger Cunningham; then Dog Warden Frankie Coote came to studio for his weekly Animal Welfare Update.

The show was rounded off by a chat with Clare FM’s Darren Kelly who presented The Sports Panel.
