The long wait is over for hundreds of Clare students, who receive their Leaving Cert results today
A total of 1365 students from across the Banner County, 75 of which sat the Leaving Certificate Applied, will find out their grades today either online or by collecting their results at schools across Clare
And it’s not just teenagers getting in on the act-Today is an important moment for the 43 Clare adults who sat their exams in Ennis, Shannon and Kilrush as part of the Back To Education Initiative, organised of the Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board, formerly Clare VEC – (we hope to meet some tomorrow)

On Wednesday’s Morning Focus John Cooke spoke with Olivia O’Connor of St. Joseph’s Secondary School in Tulla and the Clare Branch of Guidance Counsellors and teacher Marian O’Callaghan from Mary Immaculate Secondary School, Lisdoonvarna
