The Afternoon Show – Thursday January 30th 2014

On today’s show we talked about the looming CAO deadline for thousands of students around Co. Clare. It is that time of year again where students across the country and the county will have to make that very difficult decision and choose the courses they will put down on their CAO form. The deadline to apply for your CAO application is this Saturday 1st February at 17:15. Clare FM’s Kiara Gannon went out and about to meet pupils from Ennis to find out if they have applied for their chosen course and if they know what they want to study at third level.  We also spoke to CAO Communications Officer Eileen Keleghan who gave studnets some advice on making their applications – for more details see www.cao.ie
