Ballyea will face the familiar foe of reigning Munster and All-Ireland Club Hurling Champions Ballygunner in the Senior Munster Club Hurling Final of 2022.
The Waterford side defeated Limerick champions Na Piarsigh on a scoreline of 2-20 to 2-15 today in the TUS Gaelic grounds in their Semi-Final clash.

Ballyea and Ballygunner have met on two previous occasions in the Munster Club Championship with the Waterford men emerging victorious in both previous meetings, winning comfortably in last years campaign at Cusack Park on a score line of 3-20 to 2-06 while it took extra time to separate the sides at the Semi-Final stage of the 2018 championship.
The 2022 final is set to be played on Saturday December 3rd with a venue to be confirmed.
