Doyle Pleased As Clare Advance To Munster Minor Hurling Semi Final

Clare are just one step away from reaching a first Munster minor hurling final since 2012.

It’s after they eased past Waterford in their last eight tie, winning by 1-24 to 0-9.

Midfielder Keith White was the top scorer for the Banner with 0-6 from play while the goal came late in the game from substitute Colin Haugh.

In total, the winners had 10 different scorers over the hour.

Manager Sean Doyle says everyone played their part in the victory, with thoughts now turning to the semi final at the end of June.

Tipperary began the defence of their All Ireland title with a dramatic late win over Limerick as an injury time goal gave them a 4-15 to 2-18 win over the Anthony Daly trained side.
