An Ennis Councillor says ‘more consultation’ is required with residents and businesses near the site of a proposed new housing development on the Gort Road.
20 units are planned for the site at a location between Fernhill and Glenina.
The local authority has already held one in-person and one virtual public consultation event on the project, with members of the public set to get the opportunity to make submissions to An Bord Pleanala.
However, Ennis Fianna Fail Councillor Tom O Callaghan believes further engagement with the local community is needed.
