Investigations are continuing into a stabbing incident in West Clare.
Shortly before 3 o’clock in the early hours of last Tuesday morning, a man who was in the Moore Street area of Kilrush received a stab wound to his back.

A second male was subsequently arrested in connection with the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or related incidents, are asked to contact Kilrush Garda Station on 065-908 0550.
