Banner Ladies begin their bid for a fourth consecutive Clare senior ladies football title this weekend.
JJ O’Dea’s side will travel to Kilkee to face West Clare Gaels in the first game of the group stages on Sunday morning at 11.30am.
Doora Barefield have home advantage when they take on Kilmihil in Gurteen at 4pm, while Fergus Rovers host Burren Gaels in Lissycasey at the same time.
Seven teams will contest the senior championship this year, with Kilmurry Ibrickane having a bye in the opening round.
