Bríd resides in Clare, although she hails from outside the Banner County.

Bríd has an interesting back story and has lately turned her hand to music.
She released a well-received 3 track EP last August and has since brought out a full album called Scáthán Mo Shaoil, which features guest appearances from members of Clannad and the Bothy Band, as well as Paul Brady.
