A 39-strong delegation from the New Jersey General Assembly are to visit county Clare this afternoon.
The visit, organised by Seanad Chair Mark Daly, will see assembly men and women as well as a number of Senators from the legislative branch of the State visit the county.
It’s believed the delegation will take in the Cliffs of Moher, Shannon Airport and Bunratty during their time here.
Cathaoirleach of Clare County Council PJ Ryan will also be accompanying them during their time in Clare, with the delegation including Speaker of the New Jersey General Assembly Craig Coughlin.
