A new report has found that one out of every nine commercial premises in Clare is vacant.
The report, published jointly by GeoDirectory and DKM Economic Consultants, has found that there are 7100 commercial units across the county, and that just under 800 of these lay vacant in the first quarter of the year.
The rate of vacancies here is broadly in line with the national average.
