An Bord Pleanala has give the go ahead for the demolition of the toilets on the Promenade in the North Clare Town to make way for a mixed use development.
They are set to re replaced with retail units and apartments and the board found the proposed development would not seriously injure the amenities of the area nor of property in the vicinity.
