A bail application for Kilrush man Brendan O Sullivan has been put off until next Monday at the High Court.
The 24 year old is charged with murdering 27 year old Leslie Kenney at O’Gorman Street on the outskirts of the West Clare town on the 29th of July.
Mr O’Sullivan of 10 O’Gorman Street has remained in Garda custody since his initial court appearance.
An application for bail was expected to be heard at the High Court today, however the District Court was told today that it would now be heard next Monday the 17th of August.
