A man's body has been found in the search for a Japanese couple missing off Kilkee.
The remains were discovered by members of the Kilkee and Burren Sub Aqua Units, who are taking part in a large-scale search off the West Clare coast today
Divers from Ennis, Aughanish and Lough Derg have also been taking part in the operation, which is part of search efforts that began on Tuesday.
Volunteers have been searching for 63-year-old Eiji Takagi and 61-year-old Ushio Azaki, whose rented car had been found parked at Byrnes' Cove.
The search continues this afternoon.
