Boeing Develops New Software Fixes Following Fatal Crashes

Boeing says it’s developed new software fixes for an automated flight control system that is at the centre of investigations into two deadly crashes in five months.

They both involved 737 MAX models, which have now been grounded, leading to some disruption at airports, including Shannon.

The most recent disaster in Ethiopia killed 157 people earlier this month, including Lahinch engineer Micheál Ryan.
