Visitor numbers to the iconic Cliffs of Moher increased again in 2012 for a second year running.

Just under 874, 000 people visited the North Clare attraction in the past 12 months – up 8 percent or an increase of almost 65,000 visitors on the overall figure for 2011
Over half of all visitors travelled to the site by car, with 44% arriving by coach
Katherine Webster, Director of Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience, is hoping the numbers will continue to rise in 2013
