Social Protection Minister Joan Burton will meet with a number of community groups on a visit to Clare this afternoon.
Minister Burton is due to visit the Shannon Seniors Club, Shannon Airport, as well as the Social Welfare Local Office and Citizens Information Office in Ennis.
She’ll also hold talks with representatives of Community Employment Schemes from Mountshannon, Carron/New Quay and Ennistymon before addressing the inaugural meeting of the Alliance of Social Protection Recipients.
