Motorists in Ennis have been urged to exercise caution in the vicinity of the newly opened Inner Relief Road.
Ennis Town Council says the opening of the new road has led to an increase in traffic along the remainder of the Inner Relief road, including a school crossing on Friar’s Walk, in the vicinity of the Holy Family Junior and Senior Schools.
The local authority is urging drivers to slow down, and to obey the instruction of the school warden.
