It’s claimed Shannon Aiport is now on the cusp of a bold new begining which will lead to significant new economic investments in the region.
The comments from local government TDs comes after the Transport Minister announced he was looking at establishing a global tax incentivised centre for the aviation industry in the Mid West.
It’s set to co-incide with a decision on the future of Shannon Airport which is expected in the coming weeks once the matter is put to cabinet before the end of April.
