A Clare actress starring in an upcoming Irish blockbuster is hoping the film will bring joy to all generations.
Ennis woman Simone Kirby will play the role of ‘Dolores’ in the upcoming film ‘Kneecap’ which tells the story of the West Belfast republican rap group of the same name.
Kneecap who perform As Gaeilge have shot to fame in recent years for their provocative style and when their movie is launched on August 8th, it will be the biggest release ever on the island of Ireland – available to view in 108 cinemas.
Simone says the movie is an emotional rollercoaster telling the important truths of Irish culture.
