The Clare-based Deputy Leader of the Green Party has hit out at the OPW, over the cost of the controversial bike shelter at Leinster House.
Speaking at the party’s think-in, Inagh Senator Rosin Garvey says they will not be taking any criticism for it.
The 336 thousand euro bike shelter has been described as “inexcusable” by the Taoiseach as calls continue for more detail on the costs.
Senator Garvey says issues like this can damage public trust.
