The Clare based Chair of Sadaka, the Ireland-Palestine Alliance, fears the Israeli Prime Minister will not opt for a ceasefire anytime soon.
Benjamin Netanyahu is set to meet US President Joe Biden later today following an address to US Congress last night where he was met with protests from pro-Palestinian demonstrators, resulting in numerous arrests.
The protests were held in efforts to pressure the Israeli Prime Minister to end the conflict in Gaza , however Netanyahu did not acknowledge any ceasefire negotiations during his speech.
