A Clare Councillor says resources need to be distributed quicker to deal with the homeless crisis.
Killaloe Councillor Tony O'Brien is reacting to comments by the Environment Minister who's claimed he could get more funding to deal with the crisis if he looked for it but that "greater co-operation is needed from local authorities".
The Fianna Fail Councillor, who's a member of the local authority's housing committee, has criticised Alan Kelly saying he's merely passing the blame.
