New figures which indicate that County Clare’s property market is starting to stabilise has being backed up by local estate agents.
Date from property websites My Home and Daft.ie both show less stock coming on to the market in the county but a greater level of sales occurring.

However My Home figures also indicate that the cost of housing in Clare rose from March to June bringing the average cost of a home to 147 thousand euro.
