Clare Farmers Are Already Climate Change Leaders Says IFA Chair

It follows a report by the government’s climate watchdog, which recommends the number of suckler cows in Ireland be cut by up to 50% in the next ten years to reach our climate targets.

That’s been widely criticised by farming groups and the IFA has also published its pre-Budget submission, which calls for state support for sustainable growth in farming.
