Clare County Council and Clare GAA have entered a joint venture to deliver a new 200 space public car park in Ennis.
The development will take place at the site of the existing Cloister Car Park adjacent to Cusack Park.

Clare GAA received planning permission for the project last July and its envisaged that the new car park will be operational by the end of 2024.
CEO of Clare County Council Pat Dowling believes the additional spaces can play a key role in relaying any fears over public parking deficits.
