Clare Gardaí are urging Leaving Cert students not to drink to excess tonight as they celebrate their results.
Nearly 1,400 teens in this county received their grades this morning, and will have to wait until next Thursday to see if they secured their chosen college course.

Clare’s Crime Prevention Officer, Sergeant Tríona Brooks is advising local students to plan their night, inform friends or loved ones where they will be and to drink responsibly.
Sergeant Brooks has been telling Clare FM’s Rebecca O’Sullivan about the importance of socialising responsibly.
