It’s claimed the number of tenants being exploited is one the rise in Clare.
New figures from housing charity Threshold show that 22 households in this county comprised of 34 adults and 15 children were prevented from entering homelessness in the last three months.
Tenancy termination was the top issue for 52% of Clare households that presented to Threshold between April and June.
