A West Clare man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of David Whyte in Dublin, five years ago.
Criostoir Mac Carthaigh with an address at Leitrim Cree, Kilrush, was a-rained on the charge at the Central Criminal Court this morning.
A jury has now been sworn in for his trial which will start tomorrow afternoon.
He is accused of murdering the 35 year old on or between the 24th and 26th of September 2008.
