The Clare Pyrite Action Group is calling for a dedicated housing agency office in the MidWest to process applications to access redress.
There are currently plans to set up a dedicated office to attend to applications to the defective concrete blocks scheme between Donegal and Mayo.

However, requests to resource a similar office in this region have been shut down by government.
Dr. Martina Cleary, Chair of the Clare Pyrite Action Group is accusing the state of discriminating between the counties eligible for redress.
